CROSSGATES (XG) PRACTICE SCHEDULE
WGMS PRACTICE SCHEDULE
PRE-SEASON WELCOME LETTER: If you didn’t get a chance to read the pre-season message sent out earlier this month, please check it out here.
FRIDAY CROSSGATES SWIMMERS: All Friday practice for Crossgates swimmers in Gold and Prep will be at WGMS through the end of September. Starting 10/3, they will shift back to XG.
SATURDAY WILLOW GLEN SWIMMERS: All Saturday practices for WG Gold, JV and Prep swimmers will be at Crossgates through the end of water polo season (early-mid Nov.) Varsity/Senior will vary from week to week (check the V/S calendars coming to your inboxes later this week.)
DEADLINES EXTENDED: The RSVP dates for the 9/21 Novato Senior meet, 9/27-28 MAC Age Group meet and 10/11-12 QSS Age Group meet have been extended. RSVPs are due by Tuesday, August 26. Please plan accordingly.

2025-2026 CALENDAR PREVIEW: Almost all of our events for the new season are on the events page. If you’re more of a “list person”, you can preview it here (we’re still making updates along the way.) It’s very important to follow the RSVP deadlines. I feel this can be the season that we can all get your RSVPs in on time!!!
